  • Yes diplomacy is "preferred" but seriously does he honestly think that any government that willingly and without hesitation takes out its own people is interested in talking? If they would engage in a diplomatic solution, they would be talking to their opposition, not slaught'ring them.

  • wow...somebody doesn't like Mythbusters...it was an accident, something went totally haywire and I am glad that no one was hurt. If there was, this would be a totally different conversation.

  • Most towns go quiet when the cost is mentioned....perhaps they are also informed that in order to bury the lines, you have to take an easement, which has to be cleared because you can't bury anything without digging.

  • I suspect that the Queen has more political capital than anyone gives her credit for. She will not influence "policy" but I have seen interviews with former British Prime Minister's that say she is very politically astute.
